1. About Dhyat

Dhyat is a collection-based social platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage a personal collection of products they own or use.
• Discover products and collections shared by other users.
• Ask questions to people who own or use relevant products.
• Respond to questions based on their personal experience and ownership.
• Interact with other users through available features.
• Receive eligible rewards, coupons, offers, or other benefits from participating brands.
• Discover products, brands, and offers based on their interests and collection.

Dhyat is designed to facilitate connections and information exchange between users and does not guarantee that any user-generated opinion, answer, recommendation, product information, offer, or reward will be accurate, complete, or suitable for you.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal age and eligibility requirements applicable to you to use Dhyat.

If you are under the applicable age of majority, you may use Dhyat only where permitted by applicable law and with the required consent or authorization of your parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the Platform.

3. Creating an Account

Certain features of Dhyat may require you to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your account information updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Not share your account with another person.
• Immediately notify Dhyat if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Be responsible for activities carried out through your account.

You must not create an account using another person's identity or impersonate another person, brand, organization, or entity.

4. Your Collection

Dhyat allows you to create a collection of products that you own or use.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you add to your collection is truthful and does not intentionally mislead other users.

You may add information such as:

• Product and brand names
• Product images
• Categories
• Product-related details
• Purchase or usage information
• Tags and other information supported by Dhyat

Your collection may be private or visible to others depending on the privacy controls and features available on Dhyat.

Dhyat does not guarantee that every product, ownership claim, image, or other information submitted by a user has been independently verified.

5. User-Generated Content

Dhyat may allow users to upload, post, submit, or share content, including photographs, videos, product information, questions, answers, comments, reviews, opinions, feedback, and other materials (“User Content”).

Ownership: You retain ownership of User Content that you own.

License: By submitting User Content to Dhyat, you grant Dhyat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and promote the Platform and its services.

Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.
• Your content does not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Your content is not fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or unlawful.
• Your content does not contain malicious software or harmful code.
• You will not use another person's personal information without appropriate authorization.

Dhyat may remove, restrict, or disable access to User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Questions, Answers and Opinions

Dhyat enables users to ask questions and receive responses from other users who may own or use relevant products.

User answers and opinions represent the views and experiences of the individual users who provide them. They do not necessarily represent the views of Dhyat.

Dhyat does not guarantee:

• The accuracy of an answer.
• That an answer is based on genuine ownership or personal experience.
• That a recommendation will be suitable for you.
• That a product will perform as described.
• That a question will receive a response.
• That a response will be received within any particular period.

You should independently evaluate information before making a purchasing, financial, health, safety, or other important decision.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Dhyat to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Create a false identity or impersonate another person or organization.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent ownership information.
• Upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property or other rights.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate another user.
• Post hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Spam users or send unsolicited promotional messages.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or Dhyat's systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Use bots, scrapers, automated tools, or similar technologies to collect information from Dhyat without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Platform.
• Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Manipulate rewards, coupons, rankings, engagement, votes, or other Platform mechanisms.
• Sell, transfer, or commercially exploit your Dhyat account without authorization.
• Use Dhyat to promote illegal products, services, or activities.

Dhyat may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

8. Rewards, Coupons and Brand Offers

Dhyat may provide users with rewards, coupons, discounts, early-access opportunities, promotional benefits, or other offers from participating brands.

Such offers may be subject to additional terms established by Dhyat or the relevant brand.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Offers are subject to availability.
• Offers may have an expiry date.
• Offers may have eligibility requirements.
• A coupon or reward may be limited to one use per eligible user.

Dhyat does not guarantee that a particular brand offer will always be available.

Dhyat does not guarantee that a third-party brand will honor an offer if the user does not satisfy the applicable terms.

Dhyat may modify, suspend, or discontinue an offer where reasonably necessary.

Brand products, services, prices, warranties, returns, refunds, and other commercial matters are generally governed by the applicable brand or merchant's terms.

9. Brand Partnerships

Dhyat may work with brands and other commercial partners to provide relevant offers, promotions, rewards, and experiences.

Brand partners do not automatically receive access to your individual collection or personal identity merely because you use Dhyat.

Information shared with or used for brand-related activities will be handled in accordance with Dhyat's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection, use, storage, protection, and sharing of personal information are described in the Dhyat Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Dhyat's current Privacy Policy explains, among other things, how collection information, usage information, profile information, and brand-related data may be handled.

Please review the Privacy Policy before using the Platform.

11. Intellectual Property

The Dhyat Platform and its original content, including its software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, branding, text, interfaces, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Dhyat and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce the Platform or its content.
• Modify or create derivative works from Dhyat's proprietary materials.
• Redistribute or commercially exploit Dhyat's proprietary content.
• Use Dhyat trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
• Attempt to access or use proprietary systems or technology for unauthorized purposes.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Dhyat's intellectual property to you.

12. Third-Party Products, Services and Links

Dhyat may display or provide access to third-party products, services, websites, brands, offers, advertisements, or links.

Dhyat does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, quality, security, policies, products, services, or practices of third parties.

Your interactions or transactions with third parties are governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.

13. Platform Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Platform, but we do not guarantee that Dhyat will always be:

• Available without interruption.
• Free from errors or bugs.
• Completely secure.
• Compatible with every device or operating system.
• Free from temporary outages or technical problems.

Dhyat may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature or part of the Platform where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

Dhyat may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to some or all Platform features if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You provide false or misleading information.
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Your activity creates a security or legal risk.
• Your activity harms other users or Dhyat.
• We are required to do so by law or a lawful authority.

You may stop using Dhyat at any time and may request deletion of your account in accordance with the applicable account and privacy procedures.

Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations or rights that are intended to survive termination.

15. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dhyat provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Dhyat does not guarantee or warrant:

• The accuracy or completeness of User Content.
• The reliability of user opinions or recommendations.
• The availability of particular users or responses.
• The accuracy of product information submitted by users or third parties.
• The availability or value of any reward or offer.
• The quality, safety, legality, or suitability of third-party products or services.

You understand that information available on Dhyat is not a substitute for professional advice where professional advice is required.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dhyat and its directors, employees, affiliates, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar losses arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

This may include losses resulting from:

• Reliance on User Content.
• Interactions with other users.
• Third-party products or services.
• Third-party offers or coupons.
• Unauthorized account access.
• Temporary Platform interruptions.
• Loss of data or content.
• Technical failures.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dhyat and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Platform.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of another person's rights.
• Your violation of applicable law.

18. Feedback

If you submit suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations regarding Dhyat, you agree that Dhyat may use such feedback without obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

19. Changes to These Terms

Dhyat may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, security requirements, or business practices.

When material changes are made, Dhyat may provide notice through the Platform, email, or another reasonable method where required by applicable law.

Your continued use of Dhyat after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Dhyat shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties should make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through good-faith communication.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Dhyat Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dhyat regarding your use of the Platform.
